Shipping & Return Policies



  • We are not currently shipping internationally.
  • Please allow for a 4 business day processing time. I hope to get these out by 2 business days, but allow for 4 in the event of large number of orders. This does not include shipping. Shipping will be an additional 2-5 days for USPS First Class Packages. 
  • Due to COVID-19, there might be unexpected delays in shipping.
  • Contour Cutters is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments. 
  • Contour Cutters is not responsible for package delays or lost packages.

PLEASE make sure your address is correct when checking out.  Any orders that are returned to us due incorrect shipping addresses incur additional shipping charges.



We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping. 


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order right away. If an order is damaged, please email with pictures to While Contour Cutters is not responsible for damages incurred by the USPS, we will do what we can to make it right.
